Double-Wings Carton Drop Testing Machine is primarily used to assess the impact resistance of packages during actual transportation, loading, and unloading processes. This equipment evaluates the impact strength of packaging during handling and the rationality of packaging design.
This machine features a double-wing model that securely fixes test products. It employs electric lifting and dropping mechanisms with manual reset, ensuring easy operation. Equipped with a height digital display meter, users can intuitively observe real-time product drop height through the display screen.

Operating Specifications
- Turn on the power switch (power light will turn on). Ensure both wings are in horizontal position; adjust manually if necessary using hand board.
- Use clips to place the test sample on both wings. All personnel must stand outside the safety line.
- Press the up button to raise both wings to desired test height. Press stop button to halt ascent.
- Press the drop button to initiate free fall test. Complete the test and record sample state after drop.
- Conduct additional product tests using methods 2-4 above, performing free drop tests based on required surface, angle, and edge specifications.
Attention: Do not stand on the workbench during drop testing! This is extremely dangerous.
