Free Falling Dart Impact Tester is used to evaluate the impact resistance and fracture toughness of flexible packaging materials. It adopts a free-falling dart impact principle to simulate accidental impact damage during production, transportation and daily use of plastic films, composite films and thin sheet materials.
The machine automatically completes fixed-height dart dropping, accurately detects the minimum impact mass that causes 50% specimen failure, and obtains stable and repeatable anti-impact performance data. Equipped with precise height calibration and stable clamping structure, it features simple operation, high testing accuracy and wide adaptability.

Are you a Manufacturer? Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Yes, we are one of the professional manufacturers of Environmental Chambers, Leather shoe testing equipment, and Plastic Rubber testing Equipment in China. Every machine purchased from our factory has 12 month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance, while considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an e-mail or call us. We will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if necessary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
What about the delivery term?
For standard machines with stock available: 3-7 working days. For machines without stock: normally 15-20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make special arrangements for you.
Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard machines and customized machines according to your requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services, including placing your logo on the machine.
How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through Email. Most machines are shipped fully assembled - you just need to connect the power cable and start using it. If necessary, we can also assist with on-site installation.
